Do you have a complaint about a product, our service or an order? Send us an email with your complaint to our email address sales@qnium.nl and you will receive a confirmation of the complaint within 48 hours and we will come up with an appropriate proposal within 14 days.

We do the best to ensure that the prices and promotions on the Qnium website are as correct as possible. It can sometimes happen that there is an error on the site. If there is an obvious case where the price is not in proportion to the product to be delivered, Prodevelop BV reserves the right not to send the purchased product. Of course we will find a solution.

Should you disagree with the solution or will we not be able to work it out together? Then you can submit your complaint to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/)
